                                    GENERAL INFORMATIONCAMERA READY ART:%u2018Camera-ready%u2019 refers to art and copy that is ready to be transferred to plates or screens without any retouching. Retouching includes art that has to be retraced, redrawn or reworked on the computer or by an artist. Images or type should be in black on a clean white background with at least 600 DPI (dots per inch). If artwork consists of several colors, a separate piece of art must be supplied for each color along with a composite. Colors have to be marked on each piece of artwork. Original art is reproduced using a high-resolution scanner. Any imperfection in the submitted camera-ready artwork will appear on the final product. Customer service will notify customer if camera-ready artwork needs corrections or if new art has to be submitted.COMPUTER ART:No art charge will be applied if camera-ready artwork is supplied on disk, e-mailed or uploaded to our website. All artwork (logos and copy) must be complete and in the position required. Artwork provided by e-mail or on disk must be vectorized for spot colors; otherwise products will be run as four-color process. All fonts must be provided with the art or type must be converted to path. If factory has to vectorize raster art additional art charges may apply.NOT CAMERA READY ART:Copies, hand sketches, FAX transmissions, poorly printed stationery, business cards, letter head, decals, photo copies and laser prints less than 600 DPI are NOT Considered CAMERA READY ARTWORK. If any of the above artwork is provided, and any retracing, redrawing or reworking has to be done, the following charges may apply: Typesetting N/C, Halftone Screens (Black & White photos) $40.00 per photo, Color Separation (Photos & Transparencies) $75.00 per photo, Custom Artwork & Retouching $50.00 per hour.FULL COLOR IMPRINTS:Full color imprints are only available on some products. A color proof (such as a chromalin, photo or printed piece) must be provided for press matching. Factory has no liability for final product appearance unless proofs have been ordered and approved prior to production.LAYOUT:Factory will layout copy to best fit image area unless camera-ready artwork is provided.COLOR/COPY CHANGES:For Offset printed products add $25.00 per change per copy or color. See individual product page for minimum quantity. Copy change does not apply to change of logos or other special designs. To receive combined quantity pricing, the item, size, colors and shape must be the same.PLATE CHARGES:The first plate is included on most items. See individual product page. There is one plate charge per additional imprint color of $25.00 for offset printed products.SPECIAL COLORS:For each metallic or day-glow imprint or background color for offset printed products, include one additional running charge.CONSECUTIVE NUMBERING:The set-up charge for consecutive numbering is $50.00. Items are not packed in order. If %u201cin order%u201d packing is required, please contact customer service for a quote. Production time for consecutive numbering orders is 10 working days.ARTWORK RETURN POLICY:Artwork will be returned if clearly requested on the purchase order or requested in writing. Artwork will be shipped via UPS ground. Distributors responsible for freight charges.ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:All orders will be acknowledged via fax or email. Please advise customer service immediately of any changes and/or correction that have to be made. All changes must be made in writing.RE-ORDERS:For some products, there are no art or plate charges for exact reorders. Please see individual products for re-order set-up charges. Plates and artwork are kept on file for 3 years from the last order date. If re-orders are placed more than 3 years after last order date, plate and art charges may apply. A copy and/or color change charge still applies for re-orders with copy and/or color changes. Re-orders must contain the customer number, P.O. number and/or factory job number plus a copy of the artwork to ensure correct artwork is used.QUOTES:Only written quotes will be honored. Factory is not responsible for errors on a verbal quote where written confirmation is not received prior to production. Please reference quote number and date on order. Quotes are valid for 90 days from date of issue.CANCELLATIONS:All cancellations must be in writing (fax or e-mail). Phone cancellations are not acceptable. Cancellation charges are determined by the amount of work completed at time of cancellation. Minimum charge is $20.00 plus any costs incurred.CUSTOM SHAPE PRODUCTS:Computing square inches: The area for custom shape products is measured by multiplying the maximum height by the maximum width. (EX. 3.5%u201d high X 2.5%u201d wide = 8.75 sq. inches).LIABILITY CLAIMS:All merchandise becomes the customer%u2019s property upon delivery to the carrier. Lost shipment claims must be made in writing within ten (10) days of the ship date. Damaged shipment claims must be made directly with the carrier.TRADEMARK AND COPYRIGHT:The customer accepts full responsibility for claims or litigation arising from alleged infringement of trademarks or copyrights on any requested design(s) or copy. In some cases a release letter from the trademark or copyright owner may be required.CATALOG PHOTOGRAPHY:Logos used on our website, emails, flyers and catalogs are for illustrative purposes only.
