We have 48 hour service — Add 25% to the order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS ON PHONE ORDERS. To insure fast service, send in orders compete — style, color, ribbon number, and due date. SHIPPING All orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service, unless otherwise specified. Rush orders will be sent by GREYHOUND, AIR EXPRESS OR SPECIAL MAIL. All orders F.O.B. Brookings OR. Note: Our responsibility ends with delivery to the carrier. TERMS Orders will be shipped when order is placed with credit card or approved credit. CLAIMS All claims must be made within ten (10) days from invoice date. All merchandise on this website is custom made and cannot be returned for credit. Any error will be given speedy attention. PROCESS All Ribbons, Rosettes and Buttons are hot stamped with metallic foil (not ink). CUTS AND DIES – ART WORK Cuts and Dies made by us are special made and cannot be used in any other form or printing. These dies remain in our possession. Art work sent must be in Black and White. If work is needed, or die added, an additional charge will be made.
